Sagamite

We had 4 different dishes amongst us and had trouble deciding which one was the best. I have had chef Ramsey's venison in NY, and always try venison at nice restaurants. This was by far the very best venison I have tried. Daughters Wild Turkey was absolutely amazing and the venison bison ravioli may have been the best dish at the table. Hats off to the chef and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Was intrigued to try this restaurant since is is inspired and run by the Wendake people. Very interesting menu with lots of deer, elk, and bison, and other native food based dishes. The interior decor contains much native art, very interesting. Our food was very good, no disappointments - I had the spaghetti with venison meat, very tasty, Found the service to be somewhat slow, but our server was pleasant and there were no issues. Great location on Rue Sainte-Louis in the Old City, lovely exterior as well. Very glad we decided to go there, would recommend.

Fantastic! Service was absolutely amazing and the food was unique and delicious. Prices were very reasonable considering the level of service and the unique dishes they provided. Everything was cooked to perfection and the tastes were outstanding.
